Refund & Returns Policy

At SMARTAI SOLUTIONS LLC, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your sunglasses, please review our return and refund policy below.

  • It must be in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

Items that are damaged due to misuse or negligence are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
